Biltong's thinner, tastier cousin. A traditional South African dried beef sausage, spiced with toasted coriander and air-dried until firm and full of flavour. Made from locally sourced Portuguese beef. High in protein (>40g per 100g) and long lasting. Perfect for trips, hikes or late night snacks.

• High quality Portuguese beef
• Beef fat (15-20%)
• Apple cider vinegar
• Worcester sauce
• Natural sea salt
• Dried spices (toasted coriander, black pepper, cloves, nutmeg)

Allergens: Contains fish (anchovies, from the Worcester sauce) and gluten (barley). Everything else is beef, vinegar, salt and spice.
