we are
Welcome to Raw Sintra, where everything we do is crafted with passion and quality. Our goal is to bring you high quality, fresh and nutritious products inspired by the beautiful Sintra region.
We started with one goal: make the best tasting beef jerky (or as some call it biltong) in Portugal to help feed communities that have high expectations for the foods that fuel their ambition and training.
Our beef is sourced from local, sustainable sources and produced under the gaze of the beautiful Palácio de Pena. We source all other ingredients and spices from Portugal, and work with passionate local artisans in Sintra and surrounding areas.
Our team
Raw Sintra’s Head Chef: Sergio is a fitness fanatic, has cooked for thousands of Sintra residents at local events, and can be seen cooking his delicious, traditional recipes on Portuguese TV.
Sergio Graçioso
A long-time Sintra resident who brought his family to Portugal from Ireland. Anthony has founded businesses, podcasts, is a lover of surfing and fitness, and is no stranger to the barbecue tongs.
